Artistic residency developed during the 2025–26 school year at Institut-Escola Trinitat Nova (Barcelona) within the EN RESiDÈNCiA programme (ICUB and Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona), with mediation by A Bao A Qu.
The residency proposes a collective creation process with 9th-grade students and the school’s teaching staff. The work starts from walking, observation, and recording practices to explore the everyday environment as an archive and as a space of memory.
Registres dels nostres caminars
Walking, observing, recording, walking… and observing again. The proposal presented by Marco Noris and the group of 9th-grade students of Institut Escola Trinitat Nova takes shape as a large cartography, drawn from the shared experience of walking through and rediscovering their own neighbourhood.
Beyond tracing lines on a map, the project focuses on the experience of walking, inhabiting, and pausing: on the attentive gaze, on the time given to observation, and on the ways of recording what often goes unnoticed. A shared practice that opens up new ways of relating to everyday space.
