The ruin and the shadow
2014-2016
This series of works takes the former internment camp of Rivesaltes as a starting point to address the historical memory of the Spanish Republican exile. From the site's ruins, the project examines the architectural and human traces that shape a collective emotional memory in which past and present intertwine.
